Praying Jumah in Kuotubia mosque *Alhamdulilah* It is one of he most important mosques in Morocco. It can be spotted from 80KM in Marrakesh. It was built in the mid 12 century. It consists of 17 wings directed to the Qibla -direction of Mecca- and 11 domes. The pulpit was made in Cordoba. The inside was very plain and simple though.
(at Koutoubia Mosque)

Sorry for hijacking your feed. This is the last picture of the night. I just can’t get over all the beautiful floors in Marrakech. It’s another one from the Marrakech Museum. Isn’t it just beautiful? Also reminded me of @fwarabs @ihavethisthingwithfloors @fwsaudis (at Museum de Marrakech)

Arrived to Marrakech today for the last part of my journey before going back home *alhamdulilah* and visited this magnificent school that dates to the 14th century & was rebuilt in 1560 I thought Alhambra stole my heart, but this one did too. Such beautiful details. *Mashallah* it’s thought of that the artists behind in were from Alandlus.

Some stolen snaps of Picasso’s work in the Padro Museum. He was first inspired by El Greco and copied some of his paintings with a distinctive style then moved to cubism. The museum was full of humbling art and some masterpieces. I was really annoyed that photography wasn’t allowed 😔 (at Museo Del Padro)
